Liberty Beats Music Usage License
This Music Usage License (“License”) governs the permitted use of the music library available through Liberty Beats, a service provided by Radio Host.
Liberty Beats is an official music service operated by Radio Host and is available to eligible Radio Host streaming clients as part of their hosting subscription.
1. Eligibility
This License is automatically granted to customers who maintain an active paid Radio Host streaming plan, including:
- Centova Cast Monthly Plans
- Centova Cast Yearly Plans
- Icecast Streaming Plans
- Shoutcast Streaming Plans
The License remains valid only while the customer’s Radio Host service is active and in good standing.
2. Granted Rights
Eligible customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use music available on the Liberty Beats network for the following purposes:
- Streaming music on their internet radio station.
- Creating and operating online radio projects.
- Personal listening and personal creative projects.
- Social media content including videos, live streams, podcasts, reels, shorts, and promotional material.
- Background music for websites, presentations, and digital content.
- Limited commercial use as described in this License.
3. Limited Commercial Use
License holders may use Liberty Beats music in commercial projects that directly support their Radio Host streaming activities, including:
- Monetized online radio stations.
- Sponsored broadcasts.
- Promotional videos.
- Social media marketing.
- Business presentations.
- Client projects where the music is used as background content.
This License does not transfer ownership or copyright of any music.
4. Restrictions
Unless prior written permission is obtained from Radio Host, customers may not:
- Claim ownership or authorship of Liberty Beats music.
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or resell individual music tracks.
- Upload the music to stock music libraries or music marketplaces.
- Register the music with any Content ID, copyright collection agency, or digital rights management system.
- Use the music in unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or fraudulent content.
- Remove or alter embedded metadata when technically possible.
5. Copyright
All copyrights, neighboring rights, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Liberty Beats music remain the exclusive property of Radio Host and its respective licensors.
This License grants permission to use the music only and does not transfer ownership.
6. Social Media Usage
Customers may use Liberty Beats music in content published on platforms including:
- YouTube
- TikTok
- X
- Twitch
- Podcasts
- Other digital media platforms
Users are responsible for complying with each platform’s own policies and terms of service.
7. Radio Broadcasting
Licensed customers may stream Liberty Beats music continuously through their Radio Host streaming server during the term of their active subscription.
This includes both live and automated broadcasting.
8. License Duration
This License remains valid only while the customer maintains an active eligible Radio Host subscription.
If the subscription expires, is canceled, or is terminated, the License automatically terminates.
Previously published content created during an active subscription may generally remain online unless otherwise requested by Radio Host due to copyright, legal, or policy considerations.
9. Termination
Radio Host reserves the right to suspend or revoke this License immediately if:
- These terms are violated.
- The music is misused.
- Unauthorized redistribution occurs.
- The service is used for unlawful purposes.
Upon termination, future use of Liberty Beats music must cease immediately.
10. No Transfer of Ownership
This License grants permission to use the music only.
No ownership, copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the customer.
11. Changes to This License
Radio Host may update or revise this License at any time.
The latest published version supersedes all previous versions.
Continued use of Liberty Beats music constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
